In addition to our own initiatives, research and development work is often done with others developing ideas during the early stages of their development.   To commercialize any initiative we follow our "incubation process":
  Identify several recognized leaders in the client target markets.
  Trial with the intent of full implementation of the project at one or more of the identified companies.

a) Begin Trial
b) Identify an existing sales and marketing partner or new organization.
  Work with the partner to develop sales, marketing and support plan.
  Migrate from an operational role during the trial to a support and R & D role with the partner.
